At Nasahair, we assure you that all our hair products are crafted from 100% authentic Vietnamese human hair. Sourced directly from Vietnamese women, the hair remains in its natural state. Given that each bundle originates from a single donor, we cannot guarantee uniform textures and colors for all hairstyles. Nevertheless, we are committed to doing our utmost to provide customers with the highest quality hair that aligns with their expectations.
Refund/Exchange Policy
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the hair products you've purchased from Nasahair, you may return them, adhering to the following criteria:
- Contact our customer service within 7 days of purchase to initiate a refund/exchange request.
- Hair must not be installed, stained, cut, or altered in any way.
- Please note: If the item is removed from the package and used visibly, all return and exchange policies become invalid.
- Hair must be in its original bundle and not tied at the top.
- Hair must be in the original packaging.
- Returned packages must include a copy of the original invoice.
- Shipping and handling are the customer's responsibility.
- Goods must be received at our company office before the refund can be issued.
- Products must be returned at your expense. We recommend using a shipping service provider with a signature and/or insurance confirmation service to protect your package.
- Please do not return unauthorized items. We are not responsible for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items sent to the incorrect address.

- Nasahair provides human hair extensions, classified as a hygienic product by law. Opened items cannot be returned for the safety of all customers.
- All Nasahair extensions are 100% real human hair, so returns/exchanges are not accepted for used or washed hair.
- If the item is visibly used after removal from the package, return and exchange policies become invalid.
- Hair must be in its original bundle and packaging and not tied at the top.

Who will pay for additional shipping costs?
- Nasahair does not cover the fee for return shipping.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, customs fees, and duties.

How will the refund process work?
- Contact us within 7 days based on the courier’s receipt. Depending on the situation, we might request a photo of the issue.
- If the issue can be resolved through casual maintenance, we may provide a product to help.
- If the issue cannot be resolved this way, the product must be sent back to us for further assessment.
- Once your package arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected to ensure the security seals haven’t been tampered with. If seals are tampered with, a refund or return may not be possible.
- We will only refund the purchase amount for the product; shipping costs and other charges will not be refunded.
- We are not accountable for damaged or lost goods during the return shipping handled by the carrier.
- Please do not return unauthorized items. We recommend using a shipping carrier with signature validation and/or insurance services to protect your package.
